CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOMS
The Willis Noland Conference Center, on the 2nd floor, recognizes the late Lake Charles businessman and community leader Willis Noland whose family donated the former Alliance building on Pujo Street for economic development initiatives.
The conference center is designed to serve a variety of business and meeting functions. It includes one large meeting room with seating for up to 175 people in a classroom style configuration or 130 at tables of eight. This room includes an adjoining, but separate, food preparation area and pass through serving space.
Several modular-type rooms can be configured to accommodate small and medium size groups of 25-50 and a permanent boardroom is available for clients and tenants. The rooms are wired for high speed internet and feature white boards and projection equipment.
Outside groups may rent the conference space for nominal fees subject to availability. Information about rental policies and availability are handled by the Alliance.
